America’s Got Talent–and I’ve got tears

Our family loves watching NBC’s America’s Got Talent for many reasons: the ridiculous auditions, the amazing auditions and of course the judges. (I love Sharon, Howie kills me and Piers’ dry sense of humor makes me smile.) Once in a while an act comes along that brings tears to my eyes. Last season it was the fabulous female Barbara Padilla whose amazing singing wowed me every time. This season it was Connor Doran’s indoor kite flying:

That was really, really sweet! I love that attitude of whenever someone tells you “you can’t” you work that much harder to prove that “you can.” I need to be better at this. It was a great reminder and a beautiful video. Thanks, Em!

Hmmm… That clip isn’t working now, but I was able to pull up the audition and it was beautiful!! My friend’s son has an epilepsy related seizure disorder. He gets the seizures more frequently. I’m going to share this with her!! Thanks for sharing! ((HUGS))
