Don’t miss the Glimpse of Santa Charity Event!
Can you believe it’s been a year since I posted about Jennifer Eliason’s Glimpse of Santa Charity Event? Time flies when you’re running around like a chicken with its head cut off having fun! Last year Jennifer donated the proceeds of the event to Odette, a one-year-old battling leukemia and guess what? Odette is in remission! Woo hoo!
Camille first introduced me to Jennifer Eliason’s annual charity event and I missed the opportunity last year for a snapshot like this:
I won’t miss out this year.
Just what is the Glimpse of Santa Charity Event? Each year Jennifer chooses a child to whom she donates proceeds from her Glimpse of Santa photo sessions. For three of the four dates, 25 percent of the proceeds benefit the chosen family BUT on one special day, 100 percent is donated. This year that date is Saturday, December 11th at The Ready Store in Draper. And I have the 11:40 time slot.
This year Jennifer chose Lizzie Huff, a five-year-old dealing with the aftereffects of the removal of a brain tumor. With many, many challenges ahead, Lizzie and her family are in need of your love and support along with the donations from A Glimpse of Santa.
A Glimpse of Santa photo session costs $75 and includes a CD with 10 – 15 high-res images and copyright release. It also includes cheerful, joyous, smiling photos of your children with a little glimpse of Santa. The secret to the perfect Santa photo? The guy (or gal) in the red suit is someone your child knows such as you, Dad, Grandpa or an older sibling. No crying, wailing or gnashing of toddler teeth. It’s pure genius!

Don’t wait too long to call—the December 11th date is filling up quickly!

I need to get on this train. I am the world’s worst mother and it probably won’t happen. :) You are still my favorite. Thank you for always making me smile and making my day. SO wonderful to see you last night. xo

I actually think it’s kind of fun to get those screaming-face Santa photos. We have a couple and they always make me smile. And you are my favorite. Move next door so we can see each other every day.
