PinAlerts is rockin’ my Pinterest world
I’m reminded of the awesomeness that is PinAlerts every time I see a PinAlerts email hit my inbox. It looks something like this:
Before you start thinking what you see above is just another email letting you know someone repinned the peanut butter swirl brownies you just posted on your Pinterest dessert board, let me set you straight.
PinAlerts is SO much cooler.
Instead of telling you who’s repinned a pin from your Pinterest board, PinAlerts tells you who’s pinned something—recipe, craft, printable—directly from YOUR website.
It’s powerful stuff, people.
By seeing what people are pinning from your site, you’ll learn things like:
- What kinds of images readers prefer to pin.
- Your most popular posts (what sells? is it desserts? is it jewelry tutorials?).
- What days see the most pinning activity.
…
The PinAlerts site doesn’t tell you you’ll learn all this nifty stuff but you totally do.
Of course, what the site does tell you about the service’s features should have you signing up ASAP:
I registered when I first heard about PinAlerts and I’ve never looked back. (That explains my taking out the neighbor’s mailbox; I really should look back more often.) Registering takes less than 5 minutes…it might even take less than 3.
It will be the best 3 minutes you’ve spent on your site in a long time.
Once you’ve registered, check out the PinAlerts blog for Pinterest-related news and insights. I love their latest post sharing what people are pinning from McDonald’s Pinterest boards. I’m thinking we need a McBaguette on our menu.
But back to PinAlerts.
Visit PinAlerts.com (or click on the image below), register your site and prepare to feel like it’s Christmas every time you get a PinAlert email in your inbox.
I love Christmas in my inbox!
P.S. Don’t forget to sign up for free is this REALLY my life? updates via RSS or email.
Disclaimer: I was not compensated in any way for this post nor for the multiple tweets I’ve sent out raving about PinAlerts. I simply adore the service and had to share.

It’s true. Pin Alerts rock. I can’t believe how few Pinterest tools are out there currently. Glad we know awesome people who like to stay ahead of the game!

I keep telling Nathan he needs to invent the next big Pinterest tool. It can’t be that hard, right? ;)
